Description

Die Krankenkassen (ob HEK und/ oder hkk am jeweiligen Los teilnehmen, ergibt sich aus der Bezeichnung des jeweiligen Loses) verfolgen das Ziel, mit allen geeigneten pharmazeutischen Unternehmern Rabattverträge nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V über die im jeweiligen Lostitel genannten Wirkstoffe, Wirkstoffkombinationen bzw. Darreichungsformen, Wirkstärken oder Fertigarzneimittel zu schließen. Der Vertragsschluss erfolgt im Rahmen des Open-House-Verfahrens: Individuelle Verhandlungen über Vertragsinhalte werden nicht geführt, es gelten einheitliche Konditionen. Die Krankenkassen sichern einzelnen Vertragspartnern keine Exklusivität zu. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt grundsätzlich maximal 36 Monate beginnend frühestens mit dem 01.11.2026 (ggf. abweichende Startzeiten ergeben sich aus den Angaben beim entsprechenden Los). Der Vertrag endet grundsätzlich spätestens am 31.10.2029 (evtl. Ausnahmen ergeben sich aus den Angaben beim entsprechenden Los), unabhängig vom Datum des Vertragsschlusses. Ein Beitritt zu diesem Open-House-Verfahren ist innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit jederzeit möglich. Die verfahrensgegenständlichen Arzneimittel werden in Teil B der Anlage VII zum Abschnitt M der Arzneimittelrichtlinie (Substitutionsausschlussliste) aufgeführt. Somit sind Arzneimittel, die von dem jeweiligen Los umfasst werden, in der angegebenen Darreichungsform gemäß § 129 Absatz 1a Satz 2 SGB V von der Ersetzung durch ein wirkstoffgleiches Arzneimittel ausgeschlossen. Alle weiteren Informationen sind den Teilnahme- und Vertragsunterlagen zu entnehmen. Die Krankenkassen verfolgen das Ziel, mit allen geeigneten pharmazeutischen Unternehmern Rabattverträge nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V über die im jeweiligen Los genannten Wirkstoffe, Wirkstoffkombinationen bzw. Darreichungsformen, Wirkstärken oder Fertigarzneimittel zu schließen. Folgende Wirkstoffe, Wirkstoffkombinationen bzw. Darreichungsformen, Wirkstärken oder Fertigarzneimittel sind Bestandteil des vorliegenden Verfahrens (zu den Einzelheiten siehe Angaben bei den jeweiligen Losentitel): Carbamazepin (RET, ausgenommen 150 mg) Ciclosporin (WKA, ausgenommen 10 mg) Everolimus (ATC: L04AH02; TAB) Levothyroxin natrium (TAB) Levothyroxin natrium (TKA) Levothyroxin natrium/Kaliumiodid (ausgenommen 0,05 mg/0,0981 mg, 0,075 mg/0,0981 mg, 0,1 mg/0,0981 mg) Levothyroxin natrium/Liothyronin Tacrolimus (HKP) Tacrolimus (REK) Valproinsäure und/oder Valproat (RET)
