Die beteiligten Kassen verfolgen das Ziel, mit allen geeigneten pharmazeutischen Unternehmern Rabattverträge nach § 130c Abs. 1 SGB V zu dem Wirkstoff Vemurafenib zu schließen. Der Vertragsschluss erfolgt im Rahmen des Open-House-Originale-Verfahrens der beteiligten Kassen: Individuelle Verhandlungen über Vertragsinhalte werden nicht geführt, es gelten einheitliche Konditionen. Die beteiligten Krankenkassen sichern einzelnen Vertragspartnern keine Exklusivität zu. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt maximal 24 Monate beginnend mit dem 01.11.2026. Der Vertrag endet spätestens am 31.10.2028, unabhängig vom Datum des Vertragsschlusses. Bei Patentablauf/Ablauf der Marktexklusivität vor dem o.g. Enddatum endet der Vertrag automatisch mit Ablauf des Monats des Patentablaufs/der Marktexklusivität. Ein Beitritt zu diesem Open-House-Originale-Verfahren ist innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit jederzeit möglich. Alle weiteren Informationen sind den Teilnahme- und Vertragsunterlagen zu entnehmen. Ziel ist der Abschluss von Arzneimittelrabattverträgen nach § 130c Abs. 1 SGB V zu dem Wirkstoff Vemurafenib im Rahmen eines Open-House-Verfahrens.
