Description

Die TK verfolgt das Ziel, mit allen geeigneten pharmazeutischen Unternehmern Rabattverträge nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zu dem Wirkstoff Peginterferon beta 1a zu schließen. Der Vertragsschluss erfolgt im Rahmen des Open-House-Verfahrens der TK: Individuelle Verhandlungen über Vertragsinhalte werden nicht geführt, es gelten einheitliche Konditionen. Die TK sichert einzelnen Vertragspartnern keine Exklusivität zu. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt maximal 24 Monate beginnend mit dem 01.08.2026. Der Vertrag endet spätestens am 31.07.2028, unabhängig vom Datum des Vertragsschlusses. Bei Patentablauf/Ablauf der Marktexklusivität vor dem o.g. Enddatum endet der Vertrag automatisch mit Ablauf des Monats des Patentablaufs/der Marktexklusivität. Alle weiteren Informationen sind den Teilnahme- und Vertragsunterlagen zu entnehmen.
