Die beteiligten Kassen verfolgen das Ziel, mit allen geeigneten pharmazeutischen Unternehmern Rabattverträge nach § 130c Abs. 1 SGB V zu dem Wirkstoff Lenograstim zu schließen. Der Vertragsschluss erfolgt im Rahmen des Open-House-Biologika-Verfahrens der beteiligten Kassen: Individuelle Verhandlungen über Vertragsinhalte werden nicht geführt, es gelten einheitliche Konditionen. Die beteiligten Krankenkassen sichern einzelnen Vertragspartnern keine Exklusivität zu. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt maximal 24 Monate beginnend mit dem 01.01.2026. Der Vertrag endet spätestens am 31.12.2027, unabhängig vom Datum des Vertragsschlusses. Alle weiteren Informationen sind den Teilnahme- und Vertragsunterlagen zu entnehmen. Mit Wirkung zum 01. Juli 2026 tritt die hkk dem Verfahren auf Seiten der Krankenkassen bei. Ziel ist der Abschluss von Arzneimittelrabattverträgen nach § 130c Abs. 1 SGB V zu dem Wirkstoff Lenograstim im Rahmen eines Open-House-Verfahrens.
