Description

Abschluss von Rabattvereinbarungen gemäß §130a Absatz 8 Fünftes Sozialgesetzbuch in Form von wirkstoffbezogenen Rahmenvereinbarungen für bestimmte Fertigarzneimittel. Die Krankenkasse als bundesunmittelbare Körperschaft des öffentlichen Rechts beabsichtigt, Rabattvereinbarungen gemäß § 130a Absatz 8 Fünftes Buch Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB V) in Form von wirkstoffbezogenen Rahmenvereinbarungen für bestimmte, ausschließlich verschreibungspflichtige vornehmlich biotechnologisch hergestellte biologische Fertigarzneimittel (sog. Biosimilars) im Rahmen eines Offenen Verfahrens gemäß VgV zu schließen. Abschluss von Rabattvereinbarungen gem. § 130 a Abs. 8 SGB V in Form von wirkstoffbezogenen Rahmenvereinbarungen für Biologika (sog. Biosimilars).
