Gegenstand dieser Veröffentlichung ist der Abschluss von Verträgen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V für diverse Wirkstoffe im Rahmen eines sogenannten Open-House-Verfahrens: Unter Vorgabe einheitlicher Vertragskonditionen sowie eines einheitlichen Zugangsverfahrens wird allen geeigneten und interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen oder Gemeinschaften pharmazeutischer Unternehmen der Abschluss von Rabattverträgen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V angeboten. Der früheste Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.11.2026. Davon ausgehend beträgt die Vertragslaufzeit maximal 24 Monate. Unter Vorgabe einheitlicher Vertragskonditionen sowie eines einheitlichen Zugangsverfahrens wird allen geeigneten und interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen oder Gemeinschaften pharmazeutischer Unternehmen der Abschluss von Rabattverträgen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V über die genannten Wirkstoffe angeboten. Der früheste Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.11.2026. Davon ausgehend beträgt die Vertragslaufzeit maximal 24 Monate.
