Description

Die Krankenkassen beabsichtigen den Abschluss eines Rabattvertrages nach § 130c Abs. 1 SGB V zu dem Wirkstoff Galcanezumab. Dieser Rabattvertrag beinhaltet die Erstattung von Arzneimitteln und die Versorgung der Versicherten. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 24 Monate, beginnend ab dem 01.11.2025. Der Vertrag kann einmalig um maximal 6 Monate verlängert werden. Das vertragsgegenständliche Arzneimittel ist patentgeschützt, der Vertrag wird mit dem Patentinhaber geschlossen. Der Vertrag sichert keine Exklusivität zu.
