Description

Es ist beabsichtigt, mit pharmazeutischen Unternehmen wirkstoffselektive Rabattvereinbarungen im Sinne des § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V über die Lieferung von Fertigarzneimitteln gemäß den in elektronischer Form zur Verfügung stehenden Vergabeunterlagen zu schließen. Die Vergabe ist in wirkstoffbezogene Fachlose unterteilt. Hinsichtlich der Einzelheiten wird auf die Vertragsbedingungen und die Preisblätter zu den einzelnen Fachlosen als Bestandteil der Vergabeunterlagen verwiesen. Abschluss eines Generikarabattvertrags für den o. g. Wirkstoff. Es wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit drei pharmazeutischen Unternehmen mit Kaskadenprinzip geschlossen (Hauptversorger / Ersatzversorger). Details dazu sowie zu den teilnehmenden Krankenkassen und den Vertragslaufzeiten entnehmen Sie bitte den Vergabeunterlagen.
