Gegenstand der Ausschreibung waren die Objektplanungsleistungen zu folgendem HOAI-Leistungsbild: Objektplanung Gebäude gemäß § 34 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 10 zur HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9.
