Description

Die WIN.DN GmbH, eine 100%ige Tochtergesellschaft der Stadt Düren, entwickelt als Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft im Auftrag der Stadt Düren und der Gemeinde Kreuzau ein interkommunales Gewerbegebiet an der Henry-Ford-Straße in Düren. Die Planfläche umfasst ca. 13 ha. Auf Forderung des LVR-Amtes für Bodendenkmalpflege im Rheinland (LVR-ABR) wurde auf der Fläche eine sog. "harte Prospektion" durchgeführt (PR 2025/1103), bei der insb. vier Bodendenkmäler nachgewiesen wurden. Vor weiteren, bodeneingreifenden Maßnahmen ist eine bauvorgreifende archäologische Ausgrabung erforderlich, um die wissenschaftliche Untersuchung, Dokumentation und Bergung der archäologischen Befunde und Funde sicherzustellen. Gegenstand der vertraglichen Leistungspflicht ist daher die Durchführung einer vollständigen archäologischen Ausgrabung einschließlich wissenschaftlicher Aufarbeitung und Projektbegleitung.
