Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden: BWI) erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag für eine dauerhafte und einheitliche Ausstattung mit Berufskleidung für ihre Servicetechniker und Servicetechnikerinnen (ca. 750 Personen) sowie eine geringere Anzahl an Personen aus anderen Bereichen mit täglichem, direktem Kundenkontakt für den Eigenbedarf in Höhe von bis zu 704.272,18 Euro (netto) und einer Obergrenze von 1.056.408,27 Euro im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens nach § 15 VgV an einen Wirtschaftsteilnehmer zu vergeben. Die einheitliche Berufsbekleidung soll vor allem der professionellen und einheitlichen Wahrnehmung der BWI durch ihre Kunden dienen, ebenso der Motivation der Mitarbeitenden und ihrer Identifikation mit dem Unternehmen. Für die unter diesem Rahmenvertrag zu errbingenden Vertragsleistungen wird ein geschätzer Auftragswert von 704.272,15 Euro (netto) innerhalb der maximalen Grundlaufzeit von 24 Monaten zzgl. 2-maliger Verlängerung um jeweils 12 Monaten ermittelt. Für den Fall, dass sich die zukünftigen Anforderungen an die strategische Ausrichtung des Auftraggebers ändern, ist der Auftraggeber berechtigt, Abrufe mit einem Volumen um 50% bis zum 1,5 fachen des vorgenannten geschätzten Auftragswertes vorzunehmen (nachfolgend auch "Obergrenze" geannt). Somit ergibt sich eine Obergrenzen von 1.056.408,27 Euro netto.
