Description

Die Stadt Hörstel beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Rathauses. Das Planungsgebiet/Baufeld befindet sich im Nordosten des Stadtgebiets. Die Zufahrt zu dem geplanten Gebäude erfolgt über die neu zu errichtende Planstraße, die über die Uferstraße erreichbar ist. Der Entwurf umfasst einen ca. 57,00 m langen und knapp 16,50 m tiefen und flächeneffizienten Riegel. Dieser ordnet sich im Inneren in einen Hauptkern und zwei Bürobereiche mit Nebenräumen in der Mittelachse. Das Gebäude gliedert sich in drei oberirdische Geschosse und ein Kellergeschoss. Die Bruttogrundfläche beträgt ca. 3.825 m². Das Gebäude soll laut Ratsbeschluss als Effizienzhaus 40 ausgeführt werden. Um die Stufe KfW-EG 40 erfüllen zu können sind die Kriterien der Nachhaltigkeit Zertifizierung QNG nach DGNB einzuhalten. Das Gebäude wird ab dem Erdgeschoss in Holz-Hybrid Bauweise und im Untergeschoss in Massivbauweise errichtet. - 275m² Innenputz - 4500m² Wandbeschichtung - 920m² Deckenbeschichtung - 650m² 2K Bodenbeschichtung - 112 Stahlumfassungszargen - 22 Stahltürblätter - 2 Treppengeländer
