Am Standort "Campus Gescherweg" in Gievenbeck sollen 190 neue Studierendenwohnheimplätze in Form von zwei Gebäuden realisiert werden. Auftraggeber und Bauherr ist das Studierendenwerk Münster. Die zwei Gebäude sollen in direkter Nähe zu zwei bereits bestehenden Wohnheimstrukturen errichtet werden, die zusammen eine Art Studierendenwohnheim-Campus bilden. Die 190 neu entstehenden Wohnplätze werden in Form von zwei Gebäuderiegeln realisiert. Die Erschließung erfolgt über den bereits bestehenden Weg südlich des Parkplatzes, von dem auch das Bestandswohnheim Gescherweg 70-84 erschlossen wird. Der vom Gescherweg aus gesehene vordere Riegel ist 6-geschossig und parallel zum Gescherweg 70-84 ausgerichtet. Das zweite 7-geschossige Gebäude befindet sich orthogonal zum ersten und bildet eine Verlängerung des bestehenden Gebäudekörpers vom Gescherweg 70-84. Der 6-Geschosser, im folgenden als Bauteil 01 benannt, hat eine BGF von ca. 4970 m² und ist unterkellert (ca. 535 m²). Die 110 Wohneinheiten werden über 2 Eingänge und Treppenhäuser erschlossen. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich eine Pelletheizzentrale mit Pelletbunker. Das 7-geschossige Bauteil 02 enthält 80 Wohneinheiten und hat eine BGF von ca. 3340 m². Es ist nicht unterkellert.
