SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Am Standort Oktaviostraße 143 ist ein Neubau eines Klassenhauses in 3-geschossiger Bauweise vorgesehen. Das Gebäude wird als Massivbau mit Stahlbeton- und Mauerwerkswänden und Stahlbetondecken ausgeführt. Das Gebäude soll DGNB / QNG zertifiziert werden. --------------- Hier: Maler --------------- - Wandanstrich Innenwände NAK 1, ca. 1.500 qm - Wandanstrich Innenwände NAK 2; ca. 3.000 qm - Mehrfarb-Beflockung, ca. 700 qm
