Description

Entlang des Trottäcker 12/14, Bad Säckingen werden auf dem Grundstück mit der Flurnummer 3315 der Neubau für Polizeireviers sowie das Dienstgebäude für das Regierungspräsidium Freiburg errichtet. Das Grundstück grenzt östlich an eine bestehende Wohnbebauung. Nördlich und westlich des Grundstückes befinden sich gewerbliche Bauten des Industriegebiets. Die Neubauten sind als teilunterkellerte Hybridbauten konzipiert. Insgesamt verfügen die Gebäude jeweils über 3 Vollgeschosse (EG-2.OG). Die Leistung des AN umfassen die Maler- und Beschichtungsarbeiten beider Gebäude inklusive Carports: ca. 6.675 m² Erstbeschichtung Wände, Dispersionsfarbe NK3 ca. 330 m² Erstbeschichtung Wände, Dispersionsfarbe NK2 ca. 635 m² Erstbeschichtung Abhangdecken, GK Dispersionsfarbe ca. 170 m² Erstbeschichtung Wände, Epoxidharz ca. 685 m² Erstbeschichtung Böden, Epoxidharz ca. 20 m² Versiegelung Böden, staubbindender Anstrich Zur Ausführung der Leistungen darf nur Personal eingesetzt werden, welches zuvor zuverlässigkeitsüberprüft wurde und keine negativen Anhaltspunkte vorliegen.
