Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Bereitstellung, Migration und der Betrieb eines TI-Gateways für das Universitätsklinikum Köln einschließlich der erforderlichen Betriebs-, Support- und Serviceleistungen. Die bestehende Telematik-Infrastruktur des Universitätsklinikums Köln wird derzeit im Eigenbetrieb auf Basis einer heterogenen Konnektorlandschaft verschiedener Hersteller betrieben. Im Rahmen dieses Vergabeverfahrens soll der Betrieb der Backend-Infrastruktur auf einen externen Dienstleister übertragen und auf eine TI-Gateway-Lösung migriert werden Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere: Bereitstellung und Betrieb einer hochverfügbaren TI-Gateway-Infrastruktur; Migration der bestehenden Telematik-Infrastruktur einschließlich der Übernahme vorhandener Infomodell-Konfigurationen; Unterstützung einer Multi-Mandanten-Architektur und mehrerer Telematik-IDs; Integration eines bestehenden KIM-Dienstes sowie die Anbindung bestehender klinischer Systeme; Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Management-, Administrations- und Monitoring-Werkzeuge; Erbringung von Betriebs-, Wartungs- und Supportleistungen einschließlich eines 24/7-Service; Bereitstellung eines Service Desks sowie Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management; Durchführung von Updates, Patches und Releasewechseln; Bereitstellung eines Backup-, Recovery- und Notfallkonzepts; Unterstützung bei der Betriebsübernahme sowie bei einem späteren Exit- und Übergabeszenario. Die Lösung muss für den Einsatz in einer komplexen Krankenhausumgebung eines Universitätsklinikums der Maximalversorgung geeignet sein und den Betrieb mehrerer Standorte, Mandanten und Tochtergesellschaften unterstützen. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt zunächst 48 Monate mit der Option des Auftraggebers auf Verlängerung um weitere 24 Monate.
