Ziel ist die Auswahl eines leistungsfähigen Dienstleisters, der die bestehende IT-Betriebsumgebung in ein modernes, sicheres, skalierbares und wirtschaftlich betreibbares Cloud-Betriebsmodell überführt und den laufenden technischen Betrieb zuverlässig übernimmt. Die zu beschaffende Leistung umfasst nicht nur die Bereitstellung technischer Cloud-Ressourcen, sondern ein ganzheitliches Betriebsmodell aus Infrastruktur, Migration, Sicherheit, Backup, Monitoring, Support, Dokumentation und erforderlichen Vor-Ort-Serviceleistungen. Das künftige Betriebsmodell soll die vorhandenen Verwaltungs-, Abrechnungs-, Kommunikations- und Betriebsprozesse des AWB zuverlässig unterstützen und zugleich eine klare Grundlage für die weitere technische und organisatorische Entwicklung des IT-Betriebs schaffen.
