Das Krankenhaus Freyung beabsichtigt die Beschaffung eines deckenhängenden monoplanaren Angiographiesystems als Herzkatheter-Messplatz für die interventionelle Kardiologie. Die neue Anlage soll im klinischen Routinebetrieb für diagnostische Koronarangiographien, perkutane Koronarinterventionen sowie Schrittmacher- und aggregatbezogene Eingriffe eingesetzt werden und den Bedarf des Hauses an moderner invasiver kardiologischer Diagnostik und Therapie auf aktuellem Stand von Medizin und Technik decken. Die Beschaffung erfolgt nicht als isolierte Standard-Neuinstallation, sondern unter Einbindung vorhandener baulicher, technischer und organisatorischer Randbedingungen. Das anzubietende System ist in die bestehende Infrastruktur, die vorhandene Dokumentations- und Datenbankstruktur sowie die vorgesehenen Bestands- und Beistellkomponenten zu integrieren. Ziel ist eine betriebsbereite, funktional durchgängige und im klinischen Alltag belastbare Gesamtlösung mit hoher Bildqualität, umfassenden Dosisreduktionsfunktionen, zeitgemäßem Monitor- und Signalmanagement sowie den für die interventionelle Kardiologie erforderlichen Analyse-, Dokumentations- und Schnittstellenfunktionen. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören neben Lieferung und Montage insbesondere die vollständige technische und funktionale Integration, die Inbetriebnahme, die Abnahme, die Einweisung des Anwender- und Technikpersonals sowie alle zur betriebsbereiten Übergabe erforderlichen Leistungen. Die Umsetzung erfolgt unter Berücksichtigung der vorhandenen räumlichen, technischen und betrieblichen Gegebenheiten sowie des laufenden Krankenhausbetriebs.
