Lieferung einer Laborpresse für Entwässerungstests von Filz- und Papierproben Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung einer modifizierten Laborpresse für Entwässerungsversuche in Ausrichtung auf die Pressenpartie einer Papiermaschine. Das Gerät muss kontrollierte Pressimpulse (Millisekunden bis Minuten), vakuumunterstützte Entwässerung, beheizte Pressplatten und eine synchronisierte Datenerfassung mit hoher Abtastrate ermöglichen. Das System muss geeignet sein für: - Versuche mit Papier- und Filzproben (Filz auf Ober- und Unterseite der Papierprobe) - Charakterisierung von Pressfilzen und neuen Materialien unter definierten Druck-Verweilzeit-Profilen - Vergleichende Methodenentwicklung (Reproduzierbarkeit und Rückverfolgbarkeit von Testeinstellungen und -ergebnissen) Die Laborpresse ist mit sämtlichen Zubehör etc. innerhalb von 6 Monaten nach Zuschlagserteilung nach Düren zu liefern.
