Lieferung von Aktivkoks gemäß Anlage "Lieferspezifikation" ab dem 01.11.2026. Lieferung von Aktivkoks zur Abscheidung von Schadstoffen bei der Müllverbrennung ab dem 01.11.2026, ca. 50 t/Monat. Der Auftragnehmer liefert Aktivkoks mit folgenden Parametern (Produktdaten): Parameter (Einheit und) Wert: Partikelgröße: mm < 0,1 d50: µm </= 25 Wassergehalt: Gew.-% (roh) </= 1,3 Aschegehalt: Gew.-% (roh) </= 12,0 Flüchtige Bestandteile: Gew.-% (roh) </= 4,0 Fixer Kohlenstoff: Gew.-% (roh) >/= 84,0 Spezifische Oberfläche: m²/g (tr.) >/= 240,0 Spritzkorn> 315 μm: Gew.-% </= 5 Schwefelsäure: Gew.-% 4-6 Brennzahl (BZ): </= 2 Darüber hinaus muss das Aktivkoks folgende Spezifikationen erfüllen. Es muss: - Quecksilber und/oder Quecksilberverbindungen so abscheiden, dass die Werte der Anlage 1 zur 17. BImSchV deutlich unterschritten werden, d.h. Emissionen von Quecksilber und Quecksilberverbindungen maximal eine Höhe von 20% des TMW- bzw. HMW-Grenzwertes erreichen, - eine Korngröße aufweisen, die die Förderung in den (Förder-)Einrichtungen der MVA Weisweiler und die Eindüsung in den Verdampfungskühler erlaubt, - geeignet sein zur Rauchgasreinigung in der MVA Weisweiler und - in den Jahren 2022 bis 2026 in mindestens zwei Müllverbrennungsanlagen mit einer mit der MVA Weisweiler vergleichbaren Technik ordnungsgemäß in die Rauchgasreinigung eingedüst worden sein, wobei die o.a. Abscheidevorgaben erreicht wurden. -Im Hinblick auf den Umweltschutz und die Umweltleitlinien der MVA Weisweiler soll regenerierte und recycelte Aktivkohle zum Einsatz kommen. Die geschätzte jährliche Liefermenge beträgt 600 t (+/-50 t) Aktivkoks. Die jährliche Höchstmenge wird auf 900 t/a festgelegt.
