Beschaffung von Batteriespeichersystemen Der Auftragnehmer entwickelt das Konzept zur Errichtung von bis zu drei "Stand-Alone" Batteriespeichersystemen (7 MW) und beschafft alle erforderlichen Genehmigungen, Verträge, Gutachten sowie sonstigen Unterlagen, Dienstleistungen und alle für die Errichtung und den Betrieb eines Batteriespeichers erforderlichen Rechte. Im folgenden liefert und errichtet der Auftragnehmer die Anlagen und erbringt für einen Zeitraum von jeweils 10 Jahren die umfassende Wartung der Anlagen. Für die BESS-Leistung von 7 MW behält sich der Auftraggeber die Entscheidung vor, entweder ein 2-Stunden-System (14 MWh) oder ein 3-Stunden-System (21 MWh) zu beauftragen. Daher sind beide Ausführungsvarianten vollständig anzubieten. Die Anlagen sollen möglichst in einem Zeitraum von 12 Monaten nach Zuschlagserteilung errichtet werden. Der genaue Zeitpunkt der Inbetriebnahme wird Gegenstand der Verhandlung. Die EWR GmbH behält sich vor die Teilleistung für zwei der bis zu drei Batteriespeichersysteme (7 MW) an andere Auftraggeber zu übertragen. Mögliche Auftraggeber neben der EWR GmbH können die Stadtwerke Remscheid GmbH oder eine Kooperation von Stadtwerken aus dem Bergischen Land sein. Standorte für die bis zu drei Batteriespeichersysteme (7 MW) sind im Stadtgebiet von Remscheid vorgesehen.
