Planung Ausbau Kläranlage Dresden-Kaditz, Baufeld B, Schlammbehandlung mit Erweiterung und Neubau eines dritten Faulbehälters mit einem Volumen von 10.500 m³ Die Planung gliedert sich in 3 Teilprojekte: TP A: Faulbehälter mit allen zum Betrieb erforderlichen peripheren Anlagen, sowie Verkehrsanlagen und Freianlagen; als Komplettleistung, d.h. alle Leistungsphasen nach HOAI Teil 3 § 39 i. V. mit Anlage 15.2, § 43 i. V. mit Anlage 12.2, § 47 i. V. m. Anlage 15.2, § 51 i. V. m. Anlage 14.2 und § 55 i. V. mit Anlage 15.2 für ALG 1 bis 5, 7.2 und 8 TP B: Erweiterung Annahme und Speicherung Co-Substrate; als Komplettleistung, d. h. alle Leistungsphasen nach HOAI Teil 3 § 43 i. V. m. Anlage 12.2, § 51 i. V. m. Anlage 14.2 und § 55 i. V. mit Anlage 15.2 für ALG 4, 7.2 und 8 TP C: "Optionale Anlagen" (Entschwefelung, Erweiterung MÜSE, Erweiterung Klärschlammverladung), Leistungsphasen 1 und 2 nach HOAI Teil 3 § 43 i.V. mit Anlage 12.2 und § 55 i.V. m. Anlage 15.2 für ALG 4, 7.2 und 8 Die Umsetzung muss ohne Einschränkungen der Leistungsfähigkeit des laufenden Kläranlagenbetriebes erfolgen. Die Stadtentwässerung Dresden GmbH beteiligt bis zu 5 Bewerber am Verhandlungsverfahren, diese müssen jedoch im Bewertungsbogen eine Punktzahl von mindestens 50 Punkten erreichen. Der Bewertungsbogen liegt der Vergabeunterlage bei. Objektive Kriterien für die Auswahl der begrenzten Zahl von Bewerbern sind: - Referenzen für den Neubau eines Faulbehälters (40 von 100 Punkten) - Persönliche Leistungsfähigkeit (50 von 100 Punkten) - Umsatz Planungsleistungen (10 von 100 Punkten)
