Description

Das Projekt umfasst den Umbau der als Bauwerk 1 bezeichneten Verteilerebene (die sogenannte B-Ebene) zur U-, S-Bahn und Verbindung zur Stadt mit den darunter liegenden DB-eigenen Technikzentralen/Nebenflächen. Dieser Bereich wird auch als uPvA (unterirdische Personenverkehrsanlage) bezeichnet. Das Projekt umfasst weiterhin den Umbau des als Bauwerk 2 bezeichneten nördlichen Teil des Empfangsgebäudes (Kellergeschoss bis Dachgeschoss des sogenannten Nordbaus) einschließlich der Empfangshalle und Teile des Querbahnsteigs. Dieser Bereich wird auch als oPvA (oberirdische Personenverkehrsanlage) bezeichnet. Insgesamt ergibt dies eine Nettogeschossfläche (NGF) von rd. 69.500 m2 im Planungsbereich. Aus der Gesamtmaßnahme ergibt sich hier die Ausschreibung der Abbruch und Schadstoffsanierung für die Baubereiche der B-Ebene sowie der dazugehörigen Technikbereiche.
