Description

Schadstoffsanierung und Abbruch Am Standort Bad Salzuflen der Klinikum Lippe GmbH wird das bestehende Gebäude der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie nahezu vollständig zurückgebaut. Die Maßnahme dient der Vorbereitung der Errichtung eines unmittelbar angrenzenden Neubaus. Die Gesamtbaumaßnahme wird in zwei Bauabschnitten ausgeführt. Im ersten Bauabschnitt erfolgt der Rückbau des Bestandsgebäudes einschließlich der erforderlichen Sicherungsmaßnahmen für das DRK-Gebäude. Im anschließenden zweiten Bauabschnitt wird der Neubau errichtet. Die Baustelleneinrichtung wird zu Beginn der Maßnahme hergestellt und bleibt während beider Bauabschnitte bestehen.
