Anbau und Sanierung Sachsenhalle - Abbrucharbeiten Das Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst umfangreiche Abbruch-, Rückbau- und Entkernungsarbeiten im Zuge der Sanierung und Erweiterung der Sachenhallen in Hirschberg. Zu den größten Leistungspositionen gehören die vollständige Entkernung der Bestandsbereiche mit ca. 1.325 m² Sporthalle sowie 855 m² Anbauten, der Rückbau der Dachkonstruktionen einschließlich Trapezblechdach der Sporthalle mit ca. 1.105 m² sowie weiterer Dachflächen der Umkleiden und des Foyers. Darüber hinaus sind umfangreiche Estrich- und Bodenplattenabbrüche mit insgesamt über 800 m², der Teil- und Komplettabbruch von Wand- und Stahlbetonkonstruktionen, der Rückbau eines Hackschnitzellagers sowie Betonsäge- und Schneidearbeiten vorgesehen. Ergänzend umfasst das LV die Demontage von HLS-Installationen und sanitären Einrichtungen sowie notwendige Baustelleneinrichtungs- und Schutzmaßnahmen während der Bauausführung.
