Description

Abbruch Bestand und Neubau der staatlichen Berufsschule I in Bayreuth in drei Bauabschnitten. Der Leistungsumfang Abbrucharbeiten BA2 unterteilt sich als weiterführende Leistungen in Vorbereitende Arbeiten und Leistungen in den Freianlagen, sowie Abbrucharbeiten des Hochbaus. Das zur Verfügung stehende Baufeld/Sicherheitsbereich für die Abbrucharbeiten ist begrenzt, die angrenzenden Bestands- und Neubaugebäude sind während der Abbrucharbeiten in Nutzung. Das Abbruchkonzept ist entsprechend den beengten örtlichen Verhältnissen aufzustellen. Der Schutz und die Sicherheit der angrenzenden Gebäude und Verkehrsflächen/Fahrspuren muss zu jeder Zeit gewährleistet sein.
