Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la désignation d'un commissaire aux comptes et de son suppléant pour des missions de contrôle légal et de certification des comptes de l'Union Retraite. La prestation comprend deux missions principales : - Mission générale de contrôle légal des comptes : relative à la certification annuelle de l'Union Retraite, conformément aux dispositions des articles L.823-9 et suivants du code de commerce. - Missions complémentaires et spéciales (si nécessaires) : ces missions sont relatives à l'exercice de toutes les diligences directement liées notamment à la certification des comptes annuels ... De manière générale, le Commissaire aux comptes ou son suppléant sont tenus de réaliser toutes prestations comptables et d'audit afin de certifier les comptes de l'Union Retraite conformément à la réglementation en vigueur. Le Commissaire aux comptes suppléant interviendra en cas d'empêchement du Titulaire. La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont définies dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP).
