The procurement covers Construction/Erection All Risks insurance including, extended maintenance and Third-Party Liability (TPL) Insurance and involves the following lots:Lot 1: On- and offshore Construction/Erection All Risks insurance and extended maintenance period, Third-Party Liability (TPL) Construction Insurance. Lot 2: On- and offshore terrorismThe tender process thus consists of two parts/phases, including request for prequalification and submission of tender.Energinet reserves the right to award the contract based on the initial tender.There is anticipated to be one negotiation meeting held via Microsoft Teams. There is no remuneration to participants in the negotiations. Costs incurred by the tenderer in connection with the preparation and submission of a tender for one or more lots are the tenderers to bear and will not be reimbursed. Lot details: Construction/Erection. Estimated Contract value DKK 1,089,000,000, cover for LEG3-06 DKK 50,000,000. Extended Maintenance period 24 months. Third-Party Liability DKK 100,000,000 and further sums/limits according to the attached document “Risk and Insurance Information”.; Lot details: On- and offshore terrorism DKK 50,000,000 Option: On- and offshore terrorism DKK 50,000,000 excess DKK 50,000,000
