Pasiūlyta kaina yra per didelė ir nepriimtina, jeigu ji viršija Pirkėjo Pirkimui skirtas lėšas, nustatytas ir užfiksuotas Pirkėjo rengiamuose dokumentuose prieš pradedant pirkimo procedūrą. Pasiūlyme nurodyta kaina buvo per didelė ir Pirkėjui nepriimtina, nuspręsta atmesti visų tiekėjų pasiūlymus. Atsižvelgiant į tai, kad Pirkimo procedūros yra nutraukiamos, vadovaujantis Pirkimo įstatymo 41 str. 2 d. 2 p. nuostatomis, Pirkimas laikomas pasibaigusiu.
