Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent Marché définit les prestations nécessaires à la déconstruction et à la démolition complètes de trois habitations appartenant à la Commune de Courcelles-lès-Lens, ainsi qu'à la dépose et à l'évacuation en déchet d'un ponton mobile situé à la Gare d'Eau. Le titulaire assure une prestation globale comprenant les études d'exécution, la préparation des sites, le retrait des matériaux dangereux, le curage, la démolition, la dépose du ponton, la gestion des déchets, le remblaiement et la remise en état des emprises. Le titulaire est tenu à une obligation de résultat : à l'achèvement des travaux, les constructions, annexes, superstructures, infrastructures, le ponton mobile et les déchets compris dans le périmètre doivent avoir été retirés, les excavations comblées et les emprises laissées propres, stables, sécurisées et compatibles avec leur destination provisoire
