The objective is to support continued work to strengthen the DDTS leadership culture, improve self-awareness and effectiveness as a senior team, and help lead the transformation of DDTS with a shared understanding of the leadership team’s individual and collective leadership strengths. This aligns directly with the DDTS ambition to build a high-performing, empowering senior leadership culture. • Primary Colours 360 feedback for each Executive Board member. • NEO Personality Inventory assessment. • Individual 90-minute feedback sessions for each participant. • An aggregate team report to identify common themes and opportunities. Edgecumbe Consulting Group are able to provide a specialised and bespoke development programme for DDTS Executive Board members to support DDTS Executive Board members’ continuous professional development, allowing them to confidently lead a digital function within a core government department. The programme is over and above the standard generic Primary Colours 360 programme offered by other suppliers and has been developed specifically for DDTS Executive Board. The combination of coaching and team building for SCS isn’t matched by anything offered by other suppliers. This product has been organised by the DDTS Executive Board for the DDTS Executive Board and tailored for their specific needs.• A facilitated full-day team development session.
