This notice concerns the procurement of construction works for multi-storey car storage facilities at K. Donelaicio g. 65P in Kaunas. The works were procured through a simplified open competition under Article 29(2)(2) of the Lithuanian Public Procurement Law. The contracting authority has now fixed the end of this simplified procurement open competition, because the only tender received was rejected. As a result, the procedure is closed and no contract has been awarded for the planned construction works.
