Ydelsen omfatter indhentning af fremtidige råstofindvindingstilladelser i forbindelse med Kystdirektoratets fællesaftale ved Skagen. Ydelsen omfatter en screening for at tilrettelægge og ansøge om tilladelse til efterforskning, udføre efterforskning og miljøundersøgelser samt udarbejde miljøkonsekvensvurderinger og ansøgninger om tilladelse til råstofindvinding på havet jf. gældende Råstoflov og Råstofbekendtgørelse. Den projektspecifikke ydelsesbeskrivelse fremgår nærmere af udbudsmaterialet.
