HOFOR Fjernkøling åbner her udbud med forhandling af indkøb af gravearbejder i jord samt smedeydelser. Rammeaftalen omfatter levering af entreprenørydelser i forbindelse med etablering, renovering, omlægning og fraskæring af fjernkøleledninger - inklusive alle tilhørende aktiviteter og forpligtelser, som er nødvendige for fuld udførelse af opgaven samt smederelaterede entreprenørydelser i forbindelse med etablering, renovering, omlægning og fraskæring af fjernkøleledninger - inklusive alle tilhørende aktiviteter og forpligtelser, som er nødvendige for fuld udførelse af opgaven. Af opgaver kan nævnes sikringsarbejder, muldafrømning, etablering af ledningsgrave m.m. Opgaveområdet er p.t. geografisk afgrænset til København og omfatter levering af fjernkøling (district cooling) til primært større erhvervs og offentlige kunder via et sammenhængende ledningsnet. HOFOR Fjernkøling A/S har placeret centrale anlæg i København og anlæggene kombinerer frikøling med havvand, og kompressorkøling i et rør net. Der vil være såvel projekter som mere driftsrelaterede opgaver. Arbejderne kan forekomme overalt og på alle tider i Københavns Kommune. HOFOR estimerer den samlede maksimale kontraktværdi for ”Rammeaftale jord-og-smedearbejder” at være op til DKK 400.000.000 i den op til 8-årige aftaleperiode. Fjernkøling forventer at der for jordarbejder igangsættes 5-8 projekter årligt og af disse vil der løbende være 2-3 projekter i drift. For smederelaterede projekter vil dette tal være 4 projekter årligt og 1 projekt vil løbende være i gang. Alle projekter koordineres med HOFORs repræsentanter. Aftalen tildeles slutteligt til én tilbudsgiver.
