Description

HOFOR åbner her udbud med forhandling af indkøb af gravearbejder i jord i forbindelse med forbindelse med fjernvarmeledninger. Udbuddet er opdelt i 2 delaftaler som kaldes hhv. " Rammeaftale store jord" som omfatter varetagelse af projekter relateret til større jordarbejder i forbindelse med etablering af nye fjernvarmeledninger, herunder planlagt renovering af eksisterende ledninger. Arbejdet består primært i gravearbejde for etablering af præisolerede fjernvarmerør og reetablering. Hovedsageligt i gader og veje, men også gennem ejendommes kældre, gård- og havearealer. Desuden forekommer der betonarbejder ved tilslutning til og reparation af eksisterende betonkanaler samt ved renovering af vægge, dæk eller nedgangspartier på betonkamre. Arbejderne kan forekomme overalt og på alle tider i Københavns Kommune http://www.hofor.dk/. De enkelte opgaver varierer i størrelse fra etablering eller renovering af mindre ledninger til store hovedledninger. Den anden delaftale er også jordarbejder men beror på mindre projekter og driftsrelaterede opgaver. I "Rammeaftale jord - mindre projekter og drift" er der krav om at kunne varetage omgående opgaveløsning. Udbuddet gennemføres som udbud med forhandling, hvor HOFOR agter at prækvalificere 5 ansøgere per delaftale. Delaftalen "Rammeaftale for jord stor" vil slutteligt blive tildelt 2 tilbudsgivere. For yderligere information henvises til udbudsbetingelserne. Delaftalen "Rammeaftale jord - mindre projekter og drift" vil blive tildelt 1 ansøger.
