Description

I henhold til forordning 2024/573 med dertilhørende gennemførelsesforordninger, skal der i alle medlemslande oprettes nationale uddannelses-, evaluerings-, og autorisationsorganer, som skal sikre, at forordningerne inden for dette område overholdes, og dermed at de medarbejdere og virksomheder, der arbejder inden for området med fluorholdige drivhusgasser, har de nødvendige kompetencer og dermed kan sikre overholdelse af reglerne.Formålet med denne kontrakt er således, at sikre driften af et nationalt organ for autorisation, uddannelse, og evaluering, samt alle dertilhørende forpligtelser.
