ARC ønsker at indkøbe følgende biler ud fra de i Kravspecifikationerne angivne krav og beskrivelser: • Biler til Service & Renhold: 9 stk. samt indgåelse af service- og reparationsaftale for disse biler. Bilerne skal være komplet opbygget, klargjort og indregistreret ved levering til ARC. Kontrakten træder i kraft ved underskrift heraf. Varighed af Kontrakten følger Service- og reparationsaftalen. Service- og reparationsaftalen træder i kraft fra det tidspunkt, hvor levering af bilen godkendes af ARC.
