Udbuddet vedrører en rammeaftale om tømning af bundfældningstanke og samletanke for Provas-Haderslev Spildevand A/S. Rammeaftalen er inddelt i 2 delkontrakter: - Delkontrakt 1: Tømning af bundfældningstanke med en estimeret omsætning på 2.3 mio. kr. pr. år - Delkontrakt 2: Tømning af samletanke med en estimeret omsætning på 300.000 kr. pr. år Tilbudsgiver har mulighed for at byde på én eller begge delkontrakter. Den estimerede værdi er udelukkende vejledende og baserer sig på historiske tal og forventet fremtidige behov, hvorfor de ikke kan tages som udtryk for en garanteret fremtidig omsætningsstørrelse. Rammeaftalens kan maksimalt være op til 30% højere end den anslåede værdi pr. delkontrakt. Den maksimale værdi er skønsmæssigt fastsat af ordregiver ud fra et mindre sandsynligt, men dog muligt, scenarie, hvor behovet udvikler sig anderledes end forventet på udbudstidspunktet.
