Udbuddet vedrører indkøb af specialkørsel Den for delaftalen valgte leverandør skal udføre kørsel mellem borgerens bopæl eller aflastningsadresse og til en på forhånd fastlagt institution, f.eks. skole, genoptræningscenter, aktivitetstilbud eller lignende. For delaftale 11 vil der ligeledes være tale om mere ad hoc-baseret kørsel til f.eks. praktik, brobygning og lignende. Der er tale om visiteret kørsel. Leverandøren skal ligeledes forestå kørselsplanlægningen. Demens, ældre og senhjerne-skadet; Udviklingshæmmede (voksne); Udviklingshæmmede (børn + unge); Nedsat funktionsniveau (Syd); Nedsat funktionsniveau (Nord); Nedsat funktionsniveau (Holluf-gård); Autisme; Specialskole og socioemotionelle (Syd 1); Specialskole og socioemotionelle (Syd 2); Specialskole og socioemotionelle (Nord 1); Specialskole og socioemotionelle (Nord 2)
