Description

For at reducere i antallet af borgere med langvarige forløb på sygedagpenge, jobafklaring og kontanthjælp, ønsker Furesø Kommune at undersøge interessen for at indgå en aftale om en social effektinvestering med sagsbehandling af ca. 200 borgere, der visiteres til et specialiseret tilbud i op til 3 år - samt et læringsforløb med sagsdrøftelse og undervisning af medarbejdere på beskæftigelsesområdet. Tilbudsgiver leverer hjælp til indsatserne, samtidig med at de understøtter kompetenceudviklingen af jobcenterets medarbejdere. Tilbudsgiver honoreres alene ved afkast i form af færre udgifter til forsørgelse, der er lig med eller større end investeringen. Der er tale om 2 indsatsspor og 1 læringsspor: I det første indsatsspor følges 120 sygemeldte borgere og borgere i jobafklaring, som er i risiko for at miste fodfæste på arbejdsmarkedet. Borgerne følges i 2 år. I det andet indsatsspor følges 80 aktivitetsparate kontanthjælps- og uddannelseshjælpsmodtagere. Borgerne følges i tre år. I læringssporet skal Furesø kommune understøttes i en optimal implementering af den kommende beskæftigelsesreform, hvor hovedfokus er en resultat- og jobrettet indsats samt at styrke resultaterne for målgrupperne. Det fastsættes i kontrakten at den samlede betaling til leverandøren, i form af afkast fra færre udgifter til forsørgelse for Furesø kommune, ikke kan overstige totalt 17.000.000 kr. fordelt på de 3 spor. Kontrakten vil blive tildelt uden yderligere offentliggørelse, jf. § 187, stk. 3. Interesserede tilbudsgivere skal derfor underrette ordregiver om interesse i kontrakten i form af en interessetilkendegivelse. Sidste frist for modtagelse heraf er den 30. juli 2025, kl.10.00 og skal sendes til ordregiver gennem Comdia.
