FMI råder over 9 RHIB'er af typen MARATHON og 6 RHIB'er af typen METIS. For at kunne få serviceret og vedligeholdt RHIB'erne korrekt ønsker FMI, at tilføje dem til eksisterende rammeaftaler på service og vedligehold. FMI har på nuværende tidspunkt en række rammeaftaler der bruges til, at få serviceret og vedligeholdt forsvarets beholdning af RHIB'er. Rammeaftalerne er inddelt efter de forskellige typer af RHIB'er som forsvaret råder over. FMI ønsker, at tilføje RHIB'erne af typen METIS til rammeaftale nr. 4600008461 med MK Både. RHIB'erne af typen MARATHON ønskes tilføjet til rammeaftale nr. 4600007138 med Danske Marine Center Aalborg Yacht Værft. RHIB'erne ønskes tilføjet til disse aftaler, da de i forvejen indeholder service og vedligehold af RHIB'er som er sammenlignelige med MARATHON og METIS. De 9 RHIB'er af typen MARATHON ønskes tilføjet til rammeaftale nr. 4600007138 med Dansk Marine Center Aalborg Yacht Værft.
