UdbudsopgavenServicemægleren A/S har glæden af at bistå Aalborg Handelsskole med udbud på rengøring af dennes adresser beliggende i Nordjylland:Strandvejen 25, 9000 AalborgLangagervej 16, 9220 Aalborg ØTurøgade 1, 9000 AalborgSaxogade 10, 9000 AalborgOpgaven vedrører udførelse af hovedsageligt programmeret rengøring på 4 uddannelsesinstitutioner. Adresserne er kendetegnet ved at de bruges af elever samt dertilhørende administrativt personale. Der er omkring 24.500 m2 der dagligt skal gøres rent hos Ordregiver på de 4 adresser.Planlagte reduktioner og udvidelserAalborg Handelsskole vil de kommende år, som følge af afståelsen af Langagervej have løbende ændringer i den bygningsmasse/adresser som skal rengøres. Der er planer om, at de tilknyttede brugere ved Langagervej og Strandvejen kommer i midlertidige lejemål, indtil der er fundet mere permanente adresser/ejendomme. Langagervej vil forventeligt fraflyttes i august 2026. Der vil blive igangsat en større renovering af Saxogade og denne forventes som udgangspunkt lukket fra d. 1. januar 2026 og cirka 3-6 måneder frem, hvorefter adressen genåbnes.Udvidelserne og reduktionerne skal håndteres løbende af leverandøren, i overensstemmelse med de i Kontrakten, afsnit 19 fastsatte fremgangsmåder. Grundet udvidelserne og reduktionernes større omfang, vil disse håndteres via leverandørens særskilte behovsafdækning og tilbudsafgivning ud fra de rammer som er beskrevet i udbudsbetingelserne og udbudsmaterialet i øvrigt. Leverandørerne henvises derfor til udbudsmaterialet, herunder især udbudsbetingelserne for nærmere information.
