Description

Vesthimmerlands Vand A/S inviterer rådgivere til at byde på nærværende 4-årige rammeaftale. Der er option på forlængelse af de individuelle aftaler i yderligere 4 x 1 år for hver aftale. Udbuddet gennemføres som begrænset udbud, jf. Europa-Parlamentets og Rådets direktiv 2014/25/EU af 26. februar 2014 (”Forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivet”) artikel 46. Rammeaftalen er forpligtende, men Ordre-giver er dog berettiget til at anvende andre rådgivere på konkrete opgaver, såfremt dette ikke strider mod reglerne for delydelser, jf. udbudslovens § 8 samt forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivets artikel 16, stk. 10. Ydelserne består i teknisk rådgivning vedr.: -Regn- og spildevandsledninger samt drikkevandssystemer i forbindelse med anlægsprojekter -Regnvandsbassiner -Byggemodninger -Drikkevandssystemer -Pumpestationer og afskærende ledninger Rådgivningen er underlagt ABR 18 med Ordregivers præciseringer, som vil indgå som aftalegrundlag. Rammeaftalens samlede forventede økonomiske ramme opgøres dermed til 25.000.000 kr. ekskl. moms. Rammeaftalens maksimale økonomiske ramme opgøres til 35.000.000 kr. ekskl. moms.
