Description

Region Nordjylland udbyder Bygherrerådgivning i forbindelse med ombygning af renrum samt ændring af klassificering af disse områder i Sygehusapoteket Region Nordjylland. De eksisterende faciliteter er placeret på Porsvej, Aalborg. De eksisterende bygninger danner rammen for ombygningen, og der er ikke planlagt udvidelse af de fysiske rammer. Sagen omfatter en ny indretning af de eksisterende renrumsområder inkl. tilhørende installationer. Al nødvendig dokumentation for ombygningen skal udføres i henhold til ”EudraLex - Volume 4 - Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines (EU-GMP)” samt ”BEK nr 507 af 15/05/2025 Bekendtgørelse om kvaliteten af færdigtilberedninger”, så Sygehusapoteket efter ombygningen fortsat har status ’’Maintain state of validation’’. Totalrådgiver udarbejder en VMP-plan og URS. Ved idriftsættelse skal der udføres SAT, DQ, IQ og OQ af totalrådgiver, og i forbindelse med ombygning og kvalificering skal totalrådgiver opdatere eksisterende SOP og der skal om nødvendigt udarbejdes nye SOP. Sygehusapoteket udfører selv PQ og PV. Sygehusapoteket skal være i drift under ombygningen, så totalrådgiver skal udarbejde de nødvendige ændringssager for denne proces. Bygherrerådgiver skal bistå Bygherre i forbindelse med opfølgning mv. på totalrådgivers ydelser. Bygherrerådgivningen skal omfatte udbud på totalrådgivning inkl. tilpasning af afklaringsprojekt i forbindelse med at gældende lovgivning er ændret fra GMP til Bekendtgørelse 507. Der skal udarbejdes en udbudstidsplan til totalrådgiver som tager hensyn til både den fysiske udførelse samt den efterfølgende kvalificering. Rådgivningen omfatter ligeledes bygherrerådgivning i forbindelse med totalrådgivers arbejde indtil sagens afslutning, sagen forventes afsluttet 2034. Aftalen er ikke opdelt i delaftaler. Region Nordjyllands beslutning om ikke at opdele aftalen i delaftaler skyldes økonomiske såvel som kvalitetsmæssige hensyn. Sammenhængen i bygherrerådgivningsydelserne tilsiger, at disse leveres af samme rådgiver, ligesom Region Nordjylland har behov for, at det er én og samme bygherrerådgiver, der over aftalens levetid opbygger et indgående kendskab til projektet og Region Nordjyllands organisation.
