Description

Københavns Kommune indgik i 2014 en tidsbegrænset forpagtningsaftale vedrørende Øksnehallen med Foreningen DGI Byen. Aftalen blev i 2024 forlænget til den 31. december 2026. Københavns Kommune har siden begyndelsen af 2026 arbejdet med forberedelse og gennemførelse af et udbud af driften af Øksnehallen. Udbud af den nye koncessionsaftale blev offentliggjort ved TED-bekendtgørelse nr. 634395-2026 den 15. september 2026. Københavns Kommune ønsker nu at indgå en forlængelses af den eksisterende forpagtningsaftale med henblik på at forlænge aftalen med seks måneder frem til den 30. juni 2027. Formålet med forlængelsen er alene at sikre kontinuitet i driften af Øksnehallen i perioden mellem udløbet af den eksisterende forpagtningsaftale og ikrafttrædelsen af den kommende koncessionsaftale samt at sikre den nødvendige implementeringsperiode for den kommende koncessionshaver. Forlængelsen sker på uændrede vilkår og ændrer ikke forpagtningsaftalens hovedformål eller karakter.
