The contracting authority wishes to establish a dynamic purchasing system for the purchase of cars, vehicles and rolling equipment in Denmark. The system has an initial term of 5 years, and under section 107 of the Danish Public Procurement Act the contracting authority reserves the right to extend or shorten this 5-year term. Any extension or shortening of the system's term does not affect the term of the individual contracts concluded through the system. The system remains open for new participants throughout its term, with no limit on the number of economic operators admitted. It is divided into 3 categories: registration-obligated vehicles under 3,500 kg; registration-obligated vehicles over 3,500 kg; and other vehicles and machinery. Technical specifications are drawn up for each task, and the draft contract may change accordingly.
