Den udbudte ydelse omhandler levering af marinegasolie til brug som brændstof i læsøfærgerne. Den udbudte ydelse omfatter en kontrakt på levering af standard marinegasolie pr. år af typen DMA ISO 8217:2017 eller tilsvarende med en massefylde på max 860 kg/m3 og et svovlindhold på max 50 ppm. Ordregiver forventer at aftage 1.500.000 - 1.600.000 liter pr. år, men forpligter sig dog alene til at aftage 1.200.000 liter pr. år. Leverandøren forpligtes maksimalt til at levere en årlig mængde på 1.800.000 liter svarende til en samlet maksimal mængde i aftalens fulde løbetid på 7.200.000 liter. Kontrakten har en varighed af knap 4 år startende den 15. februar 2027 til og med den 31. januar 2031. Kontrakten er uopsigelig for leverandøren de første 18 måneder, men kan herefter opsiges af leverandøren med 6 måneders varsel, tidligst til udløb pr. 28. februar 2029. Tilbudsgiverne skal afgive tilbud på ovenstående type marinegasolie samt levering heraf. Tilbudsgiverne skal i den forbindelse udfylde tilbudslisten, der indgår som en del af udbudsmaterialet. Kravene til ydelsen, herunder kravene til levering og dokumentation fremgår af kontraktudkastet, der udgør en del af udbudsmaterialet. Leveringen af marinegasolie sker kontinuerligt fordelt over hele året. Der henvises til kontraktudkastet for en specificering af kravene til levering. Den tilbudte pris, som angives ved at fastsætte et pristillæg til prisen for selve MGO’en i henhold til ”Platt indeks: AAVBG00 ULSD 10 ppmS CIF NWE Cargo Havg”, skal indeholde samtlige nødvendige ydelser forbundet med levering af ydelsen. Aftalen skal indgås på grundlag af det kontraktudkast, der er vedlagt udbudsmaterialet. Den endelige kontrakt vil blive tilrettet i overensstemmelse med det vindende tilbud.
