Bygherre udbyder en lejeaftale på et midlertidigt projektkontor, der skal fungere som arbejdsplads og støttefacilitet for projektorganisationen i anlægsperioden og forventes at være i drift i op til 10 år. Lejeaftalen omfatter levering og opstilling af modulopbyggede kontorfaciliteter, herunder de nødvendige bygningsmæssige og tekniske installationer for fuld funktion, samt opfyldelse af gældende myndighedskrav samt demontering ved lejeaftalens afslutning.
