Udbuddet vedrører indkøb af prøvetagning og miljøanalyser af grundvand, drikkevand, aske, fjernvarmevand m.m. til DIN Forsyning A/S og underliggende selskaber fordelt på to delkontrakter. Udbuddet gennemføres som ét samlet EU-udbud efter forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivet og forsyningsvirksomhedsbekendtgørelsen, men med tildeling og kontraktindgåelse særskilt for hver delkontrakt. Hver delkontrakt udbydes som en selvstændig offentlig kontrakt. Delaftalen omfatter prøvetagning af grundvand, drikkevand og relaterede miljøprøver, herunder planlægning, prøveudtagning, prøvehåndtering, transport til laboratorium samt tilhørende beredskabs- og hasteopgaver i overensstemmelse med gældende lovgivning og kvalitetskrav.; Delaftalen omfatter laboratorieanalyser af aske, fjernvarmevand, bio-olie og øvrige miljørelaterede prøver. Ordregiver forestår selv prøveudtagningen, mens leverandøren skal levere prøvetagningsmateriel, afhente prøver, transportere prøverne til laboratoriet, udføre analyser, afrapportere analyseresultater samt stille elektronisk adgang til resultater til rådighed.
