Høringsmaterialet består af følgende dokumenter: - Kontraktbilag 2 - Kravspecifikation (bemærk udbuddet er delt i 2 delkontrakter) - Udbudsbetingelser Udbudsbetingelserne har alene karakter af orientering. De fremsendte udkast har til formål at sikre at eventuelle uhensigtsmæssigheder i udbudsmaterialet revurderes på baggrund af leverandørmarkedets feedback. Regionen ønsker derfor at få skriftlig feedback på de vedlagte kravsspecifikationer, med specifikke henvisninger til hvor den enkelte leverandør mener at der potentielt kan være uhensigtsmæssigheder. For Kontraktbilag 2 - kravspecifikation kan der laves kommentarer ud for de enkelte krav, herunder også mindstekrav. Jo mere information fra leverandørsiden om hvorfor det enkelte krav er uhensigtsmæssigt stillet af Regionen, jo bedre. Spørgsmål til materialet vil ikke blive besvaret i høringsperioden, og der henvises til at leverandøren laver én samlet skriftlig feedback og sender via EU-Supply senest 20/4 kl. 12. Regionen forbeholder sig retten til ikke at foretage ændringer i udbudsmaterialet, på baggrund af høringssvarene. Ligeledes, gør Regionen opmærksom på at alle krav kan ændre sig.
